You can try posting in project development. But I suggest you to identify the suitable adviser for your project and contact the person directly.

Good luck to your project.

Usually the advisor will charge for a certain fee. So i am wondering if you are paying for one or you are looking to answer for a few questions for free?? If it is the later one, you can consider posting over here and the community may try to help you.

Make a list of suitable advisers and get in touch with each of those. But keep in mind that you need advisers not to put them simply on your website and get more money, but to actually develop the project. Another piece of advice is to tell us (bitcointalk users) what is your project and what are you doing))

Check with lauda and coinpayments they are best escrows in the forum who is being managed the many ICO token distribution. I hope they are right person to discuss the which ICO token investment. If you really looking forward create your own coin. You have these people as escrow in your token distribution as well.
In announcement section there are various project and ICO has been added. You can check according to your need.
