Need help setting up new mining pool

Hello,

I want to setup a brand new mining pool.  Need someone with admin experience to help set up the servers with the necessary software.  Also to recommend best software out there to use.

For me I wish and hope I can use a Python based server, however I have spent most of my recent time in C# I have not even started evaluating which of these projects are working, but I will get there.
