The goal of the project is to create a unique, transparent charitable platform that shall be managed by the users.
Globality:
• Any person can become the user of the platform.
• Any person can apply for a platform and the users will be able to vote for its implementation.
• Applications can be submitted in the own language; the built-in translator will allow anyone to
understand the essence of the application.
• Monetary funds from the users are accepted in the crypto-currency.
Community:
• All decisions on the platform (voting, approval, questions) are made by the users.
• Any user can not only vote for the application they like, but also ask the question on the
application.
• All questions and answers within the same application will be available to all the users.
Transparency:
• When the application has collected a certain number of "votes", it will be available for approval.
• The application is approved by the users, but only by those who did not participate in voting for
this application.
• The system selects the users to approve the application randomly.
• All information on the executed application will be stored on the users' computers (in a
decentralized way).
• All transactions from the project wallets are visible to all the users.

ICO (no tokens, but there is a positive)
We thought for a long time whether it is worthwhile to introduce tokens into our project and came to a common opinion that they are not needed and will only complicate the perception of the project.
Clarity is not a commercial project and can not be earned on it. If you have the desire and the opportunity to help the project, then simply transfer any amount to the purses of the project and you will do a good deed.
ICO Clarity = Donation.
The minimum goal (soft cap) is $ 2 million
(including the costs of marketing, lawyers, development and launch of the project).
