What would you guys consider the best mining pool for a 'casual miner'?

Hey guys, i'm just curious to know what you feel would be the best mining pool for a casual miner? I'm usually at the computer a few hours a day and i'll mine whilst im at the pc, I wont leave it on overnight or anything. Im using Deepbit at the moment and hitting about 200 to 300 Mhash/s

I know I wont get much in the short term, but I want to mine my way to atleast 0.1 BTC and want to know the fastest way to do so
