Bitstamp login problems (incapsula error 16)

I've tried 3 computers from 2 IP addresses -- I keep getting this Inapsula Error Code 16 every time I log into Bitstamp.  Does anyone know why this is happening and/or how I can contact support to get this addressed?

No idea how you get around it, but I've been suffering the same issues on and off for the last couple of days. Now it says it cannot contact the website.

Out of interest, anyone know how long it normally takes Bitstamp to verify accounts?

I'm getting the same problems this morning. Extremely annoying since I wanted to sell some coins quickly. It looks as if their system is unable to cope with the amount of traffic they're getting. See related thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=339311.0
