Hello Forum,

Is it possible for the merchant, for my case Bovada, to have the previous deposit to the site as "not fully confirmed" even though the Blockchain Info says it is confirmed (with 1700+) confirmations?

The previous deposit was made on October 13th... and that was 11 days ago... =[

This message pops up when I try to make a withdrawal ...

Any insight will be appreciated.

Thank you!

Same thing just happened to me.  Made a bitcoin deposit 6 days ago and when I try to make a withdrawal, it says my deposit has not been fully confirmed.  Were you able to make a withdrawal yet?

Contact their support and explain your situation. There is nothing we can do about it.

If the Bitcoin transaction already has more than 6 confirmations (the maximum I already saw a service asking before marking a deposit as complete), they should allow you to withdraw.

If it says on blockchain explorers that your transaction indeed has many times more than their required amount of confirmations then they should let you withdraw no questions asked. I feel like it's probably something that is wrong with their backend that handles transactions.

Contact them as Tryninja said.

6 confirmations is the standard in bitcoin to be considered "safe to accept".

only way to know is to contact their support , cause obviously the transaction is confirmed in the blockchain so maybe there is a bug in their system or they mean other thing with than "not confirmed "
I couldn't try bovada cause even that they accept US players they still don't accept Syrian players , maybe there is a rake rule like you have to rake a certain percentage of your deposit before being able to withdraw
