FUNDRAISING OF CAPITAL TO CREATE AND
IMPLEMENT NIDDISTRIBUTION PLATFORM.
NidDistribution platform will release for general sales Nid tokens, created on the Ethereum platform. Nid token owner will have access to downloading and storing the international movie production registry. NidDistribution will pay disbursements to the Nid token holders for the storage services provided. The total payments will amount to 50% (fifty percent) of the platform’s revenue, and will be proportionally distributed to the Nid token holders. Only 180,000 Nid tokens will be issued. 80% will be available for sale. Remaining 20% of Nid Tokens will be reserved for platform development or as incentives for active users, professional local distributors, and movie producers. Nid token owner will have access to downloading and storing the international registry of the movie production and distribution rights. NidDistribution will pay disbursements to the Nid token holders for the storage services provided. The total disbursements will amount to 50% (fifty percent) of NidDistribution platform revenue and will be proportionally distributed to the Nid token holders.
Nid Tokens will be offered as Pre-Sale and Sale options. Payment for Nid Tokens will be accepted via BTC, ETH. Nominal cost of one Nid Token equals to the cost of 1 ETH. (1 Nid Token = 1 Ethereum).
At pre-sale stage, the Nid tokens are offered with a 40% discount off nominal price. The goal of pre-sale is to realize 25,000 Nid Tokens, but no less than 10,000 Nid tokens. The collected gains will be used to market future ICO; a portion of the funds will be used for personnel hiring, development of a risk-management plan and creation of a detailed business plan.
At the ICO stage, Nid Tokens will be offered with a 30% discount on days 1-3, and a 20% discount on days 4-8.
