Hi there,

I'm a ebay seller that runs multiple UK ebay/paypal accounts using stealth  i.e. not in my own name. Got approx 10k GPB sitting in various paypals which I've been slowly cashing via various methods out but wanting to cash it out a bit quicker than I can do on my own. None of the accounts have been involved in anything illegal. They where all set up by me and traded successfully on ebay for about 4-5 months at the end of last year, start of this year.

All Paypals are all sitting with around £2.00 to  £300.00 in each one and looking to convert to BTC.

I do understand that paypal is a dangerous method for BTC sellers as I could easily perform a charge back etc and with the fact that I have just registered on here, no-one knows me so for all you know I am a scammer! So my thoughts are that I am willing to give you the complete account - you can do the transfer, you can change password, email address etc.. so that I no longer have access to the account. Only once you are 100% happy that I can't do anything will you transfer the BTC to me.

All accounts the sales on them are from Dec 2016, Jan2017 and Feb 2017.. so there is very little chance that the original customers would be able to do a chargeback / paypal dispute as you have 6 months to do this via paypal.

If I can find someone suitable that would offer a decent rate - I would really be looking for a long term partnership with them to cash out more in the future and to earn a bit of trust so that I no longer need to give you the entire account!

Would start off slowly and clear the smallest accounts first as there is a lot with under £10. Would only give you one account at a time to limit my exposure to any scammers.

Some of the accounts are soft limited (i.e. have earned over 1800 and paypal looking for ID documents) but the funds can still be transferred out. None of them have a hard limited and none are completely blocked. None of them are verified either so still have sending and receiving limits in place.

All accounts were set up in the UK, and as these are stealth accounts - would be advisiable if you know how to access these paypals without linking them back to your own paypal. I used a 3 mobile dongle to get different IP addresses for each account.

I hope the above is off interested to someone. If I have failed to mention anything then let me know!

Not sure how people like you even make any profit out of this Stealth PayPal/eBay accounts.
Were you selling dirt cheap products on eBay and charging 100% margin or something on them?

Your money has been blocked since December last year and you are willing to offer some extra percentage to whosoever helps you in taking money out of these PayPal accounts. Thus, reducing your profit even more.

Yeah selling items with decent profit.

The money isn't blocked and is perfectly usable - in fact buy bits and bobs from the accounts all the time but its slow going doing it that way. I do have other cash out methods as well and have got a ton out over the last few months but looking to speed it up slightly now

This is an interesting twist to the PayPal saga.

What would be the status of those funds which have been sitting on those accounts beyond 180 days? Are they really and truly no longer allowed to be chargebacked? Or is there still a chance of the payment being revoked and cancelled by PayPal "for further review"? Or worse, the coin seller's account also being limited?

Being stealth accounts, the risk might not be on the funds (having passed the 180 days chargeback period) but probably PayPal's subjecting those account to an identity review.... and also extending that identity review and funds lock to the new receiver of funds.

Take this example of a complaint I found on and quote from another forum:

Paypal just closed my account even though I have had it for more than 10 years and in perfectly good standings. In the last couple of years my business has grown and gradually my transactions grew larger. In the last 3 months I have made several transactions over $25,000 through without any problems. Last Friday I go to use my Paypal debit card to pump gas and it is declined. This never happened before, I paid with my regular debit card. When I got to the office I logged on to Paypal only to find out my account was permanently limited and they had sent me a part ways email saying they no longer wanted me to use their services.
When I contacted them, they could not offer me any reason or explanation other than that what they have decided.

Anything can happen.
