Thanks for the video! =) I didn't know about cold boot attacks until your post. I actually use TrueCrypt and Apple's FileVault, so this affects me directly.
It appears as though no disk-encryption software is immune, so the only "solution" is to turn off your PC when you're not using it.  I'm gonna start shutting down my MacBook instead of putting it to sleep.
