But When Iam Trying To Transfer It.. It Was Asking Private Key.
but i Forgotten that.
Please Help To Transfer My Funds..

What private key?

You've told us nothing about which wallet you are using, or why you would need to remember your private key.  Wallet software is supposed to store the private key for you.  Most people never know their private keys.

Then you imported a bitcoin address from somewhere as a "Watch Only" address.

Where did you get that address from?
