You mean how to buy ethereum using a debit card? You can use Coinmama or Coinbase for that purpose.

Thats one way or depending on your location check for sites where your can buy Bitcoins with debit/ Credit card and then you can easily change those Bitcoins to Ethereum using Shapeshit or Blockhain.info wallet.
