I got my Yubikey from MtGox and I find it small and kind of fragile.
What's the best physical protection for a Yubikey?
Protection against damage when carried in my pocket for example?

Sometimes, if it looks too bullish, it's actually bearish

I carry mine in my pocket and it has worked just fine for months.

they are pretty durable.  I guess it depends on what else you carry and what you do.  You could just leave it at home.  Its useful in that someone has to have it plus your password to get into your account.  so leaving at home isn't so bad.  Maybe put it in a fire box for safe keeping.
