Even though some of the coins will still have insane fees, I think this is a step in the right direction

I like Binance more and more every day.This is one of the best exchanges in the crypto space right now imho. They support nearly every legit fork and airdrop.

This is good news! Let's hope that other exchanges will follow Binance, as they are one of the market leaders.
I'm usually trying to withdraw on large amounts and fees to be under 0.01% of the amount, but fees are a killer for smaller transactions.
