I think they place and operate Bitcoin ATMs, they are not a dealer just an operator. You will probably want to buy from a manufacturer rather than another operator.

in my country Bulgaria it is super difficult to get the government to say ok for this kind of atm... still the struggle continues. Good luck with yours!
