hello guys
i transferred 946$(USD) towards hashflare for purchasing for 4.3TH/s on January 4th, 2018
But I couldn’t get any TH/s to my account
That payment had terminated due to unsuccessful verification after completion of payment
I didn’t get any verification code which should be followed by transaction number to either mobile message or account statement
after that i contacted the HashFlare support team, then they replied me like this

Your purchase ID: 6910397 has not been verified. Any unverified or incomplete orders are canceled automatically within the payment system by UniversePay. Any funds taken or reserved are usually restored to the payment method's account within a 7-day time frame.

For most banks, the verification code can typically be found within the payment description on your online bank statement. Please review the following guide in our FAQ for successful card payment verification on future https://hashflare.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205068751.

Regards,
Matt
HashFlare.io Support Team

but even till today I wasn’t credited any money back to my account

Where has my 946$ gone??
there is no details are available for universepay

guys Please let me know what is happening here??

To summarize it, you are gonna enter a big waiting game where you will beg for your own money, yes it doesn't make sense but a lot of reputable services are doing it now and the users are feed with the following messages from them: "we are currently receiving a high traffic resulting in huge workload" or even some vague "we are working on this".

What you can do now is to get in contact with hashflare's support both on email and other SNS's (social networking sites)

P.S.: Why are you wasting your time on cloud mining? Bitcoin and other alts are really low right now, If I we're you i'll just buy and hodl them  Roll Eyes

You should listen to Potato Chips. With an amount of more than 900 dollars you could have easily bought more than 0.10 worth of bitcoin in any reputable exchange or here in the forum in Currency Exchange section. Hashflare lately has been undergoing on some red flags for a cloud mining company, they changed their lifetime contract into one year only contracts without notifying the users before and because of this move many users have lost money or will lose money.

I hope you receive your money back and buy directly bitcoin with that money rather than giving it to some third party and hoping they will pay you back with interest which would never be the case.

What you expect? He do loves easy money without doing anything this is why he do decide to invest into cloud mining since its his money after all then its none of our business but now hes facing some issue or problems which would really need to wait for long since verification and checking up logs would really be depending on them on how they do process or resolve it.
