Usually if someone wants to use my laptop, i am more concerned about them messing up my stuff, like using browser tabs i opened to remain me of something, or closing the whole firefox after they are done.

I think I'm even worse than I was before now because of course I've got Bitcoins stored there, then there's all my personal information, work, NDA level work that someone could steal and of course the porn Tongue

I'd be happy to lend them a laptop or whatever that I didn't use often if I knew they were trustworthy though.

My sister recently wanted to borrow my laptop for about half an hour. It was horrible, I felt like I was lending her a kidney.

Oh god your sister? Did she even know how to use a computer properly? Yeah this is another one of my fears where they end up accidentally breaking it and I lose all my data Tongue

Yes. I don't usually hesitate, I usually simply refuse.

They're called "personal devices" for a reason. Even though I have nothing to hide most of the time, it freaks me out seeing someone else use my stuff. Full disk encryption for computers, secure passcode for phones.
