Mine monero.

Monero is already quite high in value... Is there a raccomended coin to mine with CPU ? I'm thinking to some coin that could scale well with something like 200 Intel CPU threads... Some coin that you start mining today with the idea to hold for few years...

You do not write about your hardware type, and it is very important here. If you are sure that you have great GPU, you can deal with NiceHash — this is the largest marketplace for cryptominers.
There you can sell and sure buy whatever you need for further mining.

Here are great topics for CPU mining.

Thanks for the info. So I have a 6GB Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060. Is NiceHash ok for this? Are there other / better platforms than NiceHash?

In the Topic you wrote about CPU Power...but obviously you meant GPU Power...you can directly connect your gpu to ethermine pool for example if u want to mine ETH...Just figure out what you want to mine and then look for a pool. On whattomine.com u can check the profitability on which coins are the best atm...Nicehash will use ur power and u will get paid in BTC...not always the most profitable...but easy to use.

I believe the OP is referring to selling his GPU (not CPU) hashing power to Nicehash (which is a pool, not a marketplace). However, he doesn't want to use Nicehash because he feels like it is already famous and gives low profit. He wants to mine something unknown and with great potential. Lol. Welcome to crypto mining.

The OP has to research more and get the terms right. Google is your friend when learning about mining. If you already have GPUs then thats bad. You should have done your research before buying. Good luck to you sir.
