While you cannot set Windows 10 to not auto update the OS , you can make it to stop auto updating your device drivers.

Go to control panel then go to System, then click on Advanced System settings and then in the system properties window click on Device Installation settings. After you have clicked that a window will appear asking if you want to automatically update device drivers as first option, or no as second option. Choose the second one and click apply.

After you do this, download the driver you want for your card and keep it in desktop. Uninstall current driver with DDU (Direct Display Driver Uninstaller). Restart PC and install the driver you downloaded.

Now you should be OK.

Actually, you can stop windows 10 from auto updating. All you need to do is disable some windows services and you can do this simply by running the services.mcs file.
For a complete walkthrough just take a look at this (taken from google): https://www.windowscentral.com/how-stop-updates-installing-automatically-windows-10

Yes thats what I was suggesting. Now try these fixes in a reddit group where they are having your same problem as yours.
