Practical implementation of Portfolio with the Top-5 cryptos

Hello,
my objective is to trade the Top 5 crypto currencies on a regular monthly basis. It should be secure and simple to use. Until the new Trezor mode T is out I will use an old Android Phone with the single use as my software wallet.
My questions are?
-Which android wallet supports at least: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin
-I'm buying Bitcoins on a local Trading Platform. How do I exchange with less effort and secure my Bitcoins in my Top 5 Alt-Coins and keep similar track for the taxes?

I have read several books and searched a lot online for my answer. I hope a "Pro" can help me to get me on track
