Russian topic title is being cut. What are rules for titles?

Good day, everyone!
While posting new topics I'm having a little problem. Forum is cutting my title in Russian, so I can't fit all information needed in its title. When I'm comparing my title wit others (Russian or English) than I find that there are longer titles than my. Why so? Title length is being linked to member rankings as well? Or there is some other reason? Couldn't find information in guidelines. Would be grateful if someone can explain.

The maximum characters for topic title is 80. The title should be brief. You don't need to put all in there. You can right additional details in your OP.

Than I don't understand. This title of one of my posts below
"[ANN][ICO]ENVIENTA - Дocтyпнoe и Caмoдocтaтoчнoe жильe бyдyщeгo"
is 61 chars long, but forum cutted last 5 chars, so I was forced to erase last word "бyдyщeгo" which means future.
Maybe local titles other from English have shorter capacity?

Try it again. I just tried and it fits to the topic title. If it don't work, maybe in your local board, the maximum characters is different. No choice but to omit or paraphrase it.

Try to using english letters. For example: "[ANN][ICO]ENVIENTA - ДOCтYпнOE и CAмOдOcAтOчнOE жильE бYдYщEгO"
Large letters are typed in the English layout.

UPD: Yes that helped with my problem, but still I would be grateful for clear information about how many chars are reserved for title for different languages.

As you know in English it's 80. There hasn't any post here as how many. I just input a series of number repeatedly (you can try spaces, numbers, letter or any other characters) then count it. I suggest to use numbers so you can easily count it. Try to test it in your language (and in your board; the case might be different there).

It has nothing to do with your rank but I can confirm this, some people reported to me the same issue for the Arabic section (46 characters).
