BTC "gold rush" game?

Does anyone remember Moola? It was popular a few years back. Their business model involved offering micropayments in exchange for watching ads that could be staked on minigames.

Anyway, one of these games was called "gold rush". Both you and an opponent would get six gold bricks, each numbered one through six. Both players simultaneously picked a brick, and the player with the greater brick would win those points.

I was just wondering if anyone has made some variation of this kind of game for betting in BTC? It seems like an excellent payment system for this type of thing.
