GPU Mining with Gaming/Mining Rig

I just wanted to get your thoughts on mining altcoins with a gaming/mining rig. I won't be doing hardcore mining with it, but I just want an option to mine some coins if the machine is idle or not being used for gaming.

So which among the two GPU cards with be more profitable?

Option 1: Dual AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB
Option 2: Single GTX 1080 Ti 11GB

If you are not into faster ROI, go with 1080TI's it has a decent profit.
