You failed to provide any proof at all.

Please post at least:

• Proof v1ljar is the one you're chatting with on the screenshot you posted. It can be a PM where it gives you his username and another screenshot where that username is shown
• Proof you paid to his address and not any other. It can be a PM or chat where he sends you his address
• The address you gave to him (along with proof you gave him that address) so we can check no payment was received there

Anyway, I've left negative trust on his profile because of another accusation against him. I may edit it depending on new information.
I've PM'd him asking to reply on both.

We can't do anything with scammers like him. Yes, he can be banned but that's only applicable to his username he can always keep coming back using another username and who knows, maybe he has plenty of accounts here.

Unless you can chargeback from webmoney, which I don't think you can easily since they are known to be a generally irreversible payment method, then there is nothing we can do about it in this case.

Next time, use a free escrow. $80 isn't a whole lot of money but still enough to attract scammers at your place. Especially if you are dealing with irreversible payment methods such as BTC, Webmoney, Perfectmoney/Payeer.

Once he scams you, there is no recourse and you feel absolute shit.

Don't ever underestimate the power of escrow.
