THIS is TRUE & it's working, that's why we see Shit Tokens on daily basis, they used to give some portion of the profit to token holders (by fair air drops) BUT now they tend to take it all for themselves.
So one advice for Noobs, remember these kind of shit tokens that asks for buying it in EtherDelta (as an ICO, lol) or asking you to send this or that amount of ETH (it started with 0.001 ETH to 0.03 ETH, lol)
So, there you go, follow this instructions & you won't be SCAMMED again from one of these cheap PIGS.
Nice catch there is no purpose to create this token instead of scam the people. OP is coming with the idea to make this national currency of a state but he don't know there is no possibility for any state to accept this kind of token as their official reserve. I also believe who will buy this token will cry later.
