Now I am so long here, but don't yet know, where to see forum time and not local time.

Check your time offset here to 0. If it's already zero then it is already on forum time.

Great, many thanks. So we also see in posts the forum time. What for do we have then local time? Maybe only for profile infornation? Thaught always, I am seeing my local time. (with one hour difference because of winter time)
