Bitcoin Cash is not a spin-off of Bitcoin Core.

On August 1st, the original Bitcoin chain split into two versions, #BitcoinCash and #BitcoinCore.

There is no "official" Bitcoin. There are only different versions of Bitcoin that should be judged on their utility.
