Do you mean litecoin? If yes, then the answer is NO. Because litecoin is scrypt algorithm, so x11 miner does not work.

The answer is no, the antminer d3 is for x11 algorithm mining and the antminer l3+ is scrypt mining. So litecoin is scrypt mining.
I hope you didnt buy an antminer d3 without doing any research first. That wouldnt be a wise choice throwing out money into something you have no understanding of.
