Topic says it all, want to buy LTC and will pay in BTC. Only if you are a reputable seller.

Why wouldn't you go on a exchange market for that? (like BTC-e, Crypto-Trade, etc...) Since you are not involving fiat, it doesn't really make a difference, except for economising 0.02%...
