Alt coins are mostly useless. That is why they are not listed there.
There are exceptions... but only a few such as LTC.

Please let me know what definitive advantage LTC has over BTC, apart the fact that it was quite good to everybody that has speculated with it so far.

The confirmations are faster.

Woah, seems like the thread got out of hand. Going back to the original post, I agree with TC, the top 3-5 alt coins should be listed. Not ALL of them, but only the ones that are doing well, innovating or not as it shows market confidence which speaks volumes (no pun intended)

There should always be an alternative, monopolies are bad. Prism-break now have link to List of all cryptocoins (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=134179.0)  in online transactions.
