Anybody looked into Crypterium?

Hey, this one Im looking at hard. it has a hard cap of 47MIL$ on the ICO, if it doesn't make it the remaining coins are burned.
Sounds good in theory. The fact that its Russian is good and bad. I can see some benefits.  Price on ICO is around .60 USD.
I think its a 7 yr hold, if it even makes it that long.  I don't think they'll hit their funding goal of 47 Mil$ . They're at around 10.5 Mil$ now.
