I have been trying for a month now and can't access my account on bitmain or their shop, I ordered an L3+ and need to order a power supply for it. I know their website goes down when there is a new batch released but now it's been a month and still the shop is down.
Any ideas?

Website is up and working correctly.
What doesn't work for you? Login? Shop section of the site? The whole site?

The login section and the shop is not working and showing this error message,
"passport.bitmain.com’s server DNS address could not be found."
