Cannot create offline transaction when trying to send MAX coin from wallet

Hi, I'm having trouble sending MAX coins in my Armory wallet. I'm trying to create a valid offline transaction, but cannot. I was able to successfully create a smaller offline transaction, sign and broadcast it.

I'm using Armory 96.3.99 and Core 0.15.0.1

To create an offline transaction, I click MAX checkbox and it generates a fee.
When I click "Preview Transaction", nothing is displayed, nothing happens.
Then I click Continue and save the file, click Continue which displays the "Review Offline Transaction", then I Load File.
I get message "Unrecognized!" and if I click "Click here for more information about this transaction", the message displayed is "Transaction data is invalid and cannot be shown!"

Also, I noticed that the MAX value + the generated fee does not equal the max number of Bitcoin in the wallet. It leaves about .00018 less than the max. Can anyone explain why that is?
