Lost $11,000 in Western Coin bug

I have lost $11,000 in a Western Coin bug. I lend the 3447 WNC worth $11,000 but nothing showed up in my account.

How can I contact Western Coin because there seems to be no support? Please help.

Got it resolved. They refunded my WNC.

Would you mind posting what you did to get it resolved?  If this ever happens to anyone else it may save them some time or aggravation.  $11K is a lot to be worried about.
