No, i don't think that seller will go first. I only say that there is 2 options - go crazy (go first) or go safe for both of us (go escrow).
Many times was scamed because seller want me to go first. Lost so many $. But the only one who blame - myself - was stupid enough to give money to strangers without any guaranty.
