How to claim BTG with Coinomi wallet

I have had my Bitcoins during the BTG fork on Oct 24 inside Coinomi wallet.

Now I want to claim the BTG but I am really confused with the instruction that is available on the internet.

My questions:
- Should I move my current BTC inside my Coinomi wallet to another wallet and then claim the BTG?
- OR can I simply just press the + and then add BTG with the "Derivation Path” M/44H/0H/0H?

Please advice
