POSSERVER.COM SCAMMER ?? NOT REPLYING TO CALLS OR EMAILS !!!

Hi everyone.
I recently paid $300 to POSSERVER. They are based in Philippines for digital goods, which required to be modified by him. Since paying him, he stopped answering my calls, went offline on whatsapp, and started communicating by email very sluggishly. Now he has stopped replying to emails aswell and he has not done the work we agreed he would do. I paid him the money upfront in good Faith by western union. Does anyone know how I can contact him via different tel no or via a third party. Usd 300 is a lot of money to me as I am a student and have no income and I will pursue ALL legal means to get my money back. If anyone can suggest or help in anyway, please reply.
