I just got the email confirming the load and then ran to the ATM and got a "transaction is not aprroved" message.  I bought 50 euros, they took a 13.50 fee too.

Total fee was $16, I see myself chopping up this card and mailing back to them!  Curious to know if anyone else got one and tried buying something in North America?
