Major reason for NEO rising.

I have seen neo making a high significant progress this year and for the past three days it has done well and my question is that what is the reason behind neo rising? I think neo is a China coins and Chinese is currently against ico projects which I believe should affecting neo price!  I checked on coinmarketcap and I find out that NEO is now $182 in pricing and the only major coin that is in green.

At first it was because neo team started pushing their product towards western market and even made a partership with some huge dutch telecom company(forgot the name)+they had like 26 icos for this month only and the fomo followed.But last two days imo are all about margin trading and short positions if you follow that part of the crypto market you could see that mrore then 90k of neo is placed on short positions and most of it will be lost if the price goes up(which happened)

Always thought that this year Neo was going to do Great. Infact it's my hodl coin for the year. See it this way, apart from the deals and partnerships they are making now, their platform is coming a life with new ICOs and will only increade, also they are going to going to launch their exchange this year. One more reason is that NEO Ecosystem grows. Also have NEO team participate in some meetups in Europe (NEO Amsterdam Event for example).

I guess one of the main reasons during the last week is that NEO seems to be a stronghold in times of correction similar to ETH. I think NEO and ETH are one of the few buy and forget token that are currently in the market.

Eth even with the crash today has a market cap of over 100 Billion $. For releasing shady tokens and some stupid cat dApp. Neo is valued only 9% of that right now. Think for yourself which is cheap and which is crazily expensive.

Tho cheap is relative, it probably makes much more sense to search for the next Neo/ETH and get in for a few cents

It does not even make sense to see ETH as a "stronghold" like you said. Its down -20% right now and Bitcoin is only down -13% so you lose with ETH.... And ETH always crashes hard when Bitcoin goes down. So its definitely more of a money waster than a stronghold if you base it on the MARKET, and the market never lies.

I was planning to buy NEO couple of days ago while it was still at $100 but when I checked it today, I was shocked at the price! I never thought that it could rise to that price in just a short period of time since it stopped at more than a hundred rate days ago. I really believe that this coin has great team with great plans.

Usually you only lose money, or barely win by getting late to the party. I think its much better to invest in underdogs thats where I made my wealth.

I somewhat agree. But if you see that NEO is still only 9% of ETH price, there probably could be a x5, x10, maybe x20 still with Neo.... tho yeah smaller projects are better.

But just for holding over a long period of time, Neo surely isnt the worst choice. Even if you are buying it very high right now.

Yesterday it was time to sell some of your NEO holdings and lock in profits. Today I am not so sure. There was a big crash on all markets and now they are recovering. Now it is maybe even ok to buy because I believe in short term it will revisit previous highs.

I have a long term position on NEO so I will just watch the market and maybe sell like 20% when we are back revisiting all time highs. It is still undervalued in my opinion so I am expecting a good year for NEO.

What did you do mate ? It just dumped real hard and fell from something like 200 to 120 dollars.  I think the rise might have been because of the ICO going on in neo

I believe it is due to the increasing number of quality ICOs on their blockchain. Ethereum allows any scam junk coin to be created but NEO has quality projects. It will be a quick rise for NEO this year, at least 50% of 1 ethereum

Today NEO surprised everyone. Bad news came from China and this caused panic in the crypto market. NEO is a coin that is supported by Chinese government. Don't you think it's strange enough?

Neo is the clone of ethereum but is not any clone of ethereum . It has better features for building applications on their blockchain and also you can buy some neo and staking them in your wallet , you will get some % profit from them coins . Recently I bought neo at 100$ and i will hold them for 2 years

Because it's China's lovechild and even if they screw over the rest of the cryptomarket at some point with stricter regulation you can be sure that they will do everything they can to aid NEO.

new ico quite neo price will rise.Obviously it means the rise for the coin is going to rise further. I think maybe ethy may be as much as $ 1000 as a result.
