If you search on google, there are many sites that provide tether purchase using mastercard or visa card.

You didn't understand me. I need referal system. For example I give my friend referal link, than he purchase some tether and I receiving 10-30% (or less) for his purchase.
It could be not only purchase but just trading. Or just shop with tether. Any service.
Just need to monetise blog about Tether.
