Namecoin non merged pool does it exist?

No, and it would be kind of a waste of good hashpower.

It makes much more sense to merged mine it.

So, you can mine BTC and NMC, or, you could just mine the same ammount of NMC without the BTC...Kinda seems like a no brainer
