Looking for business partner

First off, This forum has been an extremely useful source of info for me. However apologize in advance if this is not the right place, I don't seem find the most relevant one though.

Hi all,

I am looking for a partner (ideally from China) to setup a medium farm in northern of Vietnam (around Hanoi). Those want to have a plan B.

About myself, a Vietnamese abroad but having (abit) capital, network with local authorities and would be able to secure a farm pretty easy.
