Dear all,

which jurisdiction would you recommend for an ICO and why?

In particular, if we wish the tokens to be classified as securities and comply with local sec requirements? Cost and speed being key factors

Thank you

If you wish to be classified as securities, it's not enough to comply with the requirements of the jurisdiction where you are incorporating. You technically need to comply with the securities regulations in all jurisdictions where you are selling to. Do you plan to sell globally?
