How to know Potential Activity?

I was reading about Activity algo on forum recently. There is an interesting concept of 14-days pot activity.
Is there anyway from which I can check mine or others potential activity? Like what is their pot rank, etc?

I described exactly how you can do it in the very post you just quoted. If you can't be bothered to work it out manually just wait for the site to be up and running again but I doubt this is something that is that urgent.
