Your question depends on a standard on which token is based. Most of them are based on the ERC20 standard and if you are holding this type of token you can search your answer here:

https://etherscan.io/tokenrichlist.

It won't show you the name of the holder but it will show you which address is currently holding the most of searched tokens.
I hope this will help you!

If you are interested to view ethereum token you can do this via ethplorer.io . Choose a token you want , then go to holders tab and you will see requested information

This depends on what tokens you are talking about. If you are talking about ERC20 tokens then yes, there is a website that you can use to check this:

https://etherscan.io/

To left there is a Token button, where you can search for the specific token you hold (unfortunately you will have to do this one by one)
From there  you can see top owners and the nuber of tokens they hold (as a percentage of tokens created.

Be careful as you may need to check the contracts of the tokens themselves to ensure that the authours cannot just create new tokens out of thin air (a common scam with ICOs is to promise a certain number of tokens to be in existence but then create a load more in the hands of the creators)

If you are not talking about ERC20 tokens then I am afraid I do not know the answer (I believe wave tokens has something similar but do not know about other altcoin environments)

You can do so using Etherscan for instance. Just on the token name you are holding, or the token contract address. Then click on the Token tracker and there is a tab Token holders. There you can see the top token holders as well as Graph. Hope it helped.
