Seeking Advice on eBTCS

I am seriously considering a purchase of eBTCS (eBitcoinSilver) so...where would be the very best place to harvest a nice crop of advice on said subject than right here....right? This is soon to be released so please feel free to deliver your perspective however you so choose, keeping in mind that you are addressing a "newbie". In advance, I thank you for your time and assistance!!!

I have a feeling this will be a quick pump and dump, so I would be careful with buying early. If you end up buying early, you will probably lose 50-70% of your value over the days since buying. I would personally wait for the dust to settle to get into the coin.

As far as the coin itself goes, I really don't see the technology as anything special and believe it will likely die within 2 months of release. I will personally not be buying BTCS.
