What are the best indicators combinations for Crypto

Please let me know the best indicator(s) which we can use to identify trend the correct time to buy.

I personally use the default settings of this site:

The indicators on that site are pretty good.

When the orange line crosses from the bottom and goes to the top you want to buy and when the orange line comes from the top and goes to the bottom you want to sell.

Most of the time you make profit, there are however times that you don't.
