Well... technically human wastes aren't bodily fluids so they do have a slight loophole here.  Nonetheless it's pretty clear what sort of behaviour they are trying to avoid.  This kind.

Yes, yes they are. Bodily fluids = anything originating from the body with a chance of contamination

I think from a common sense standpoint that's a totally accurate definition and I am with you there. I was looking at it from a standpoint of strict legal interpretation, on the off chance that somebody actually challenged it.  I just searched for legal cases defining "bodily fluids" and I cannot find any in the UK at least, nor can I find a statutory definition of what constitutes a body fluid specifically.  Rentokill UK specifically does not list faeces as a bodily fluid, but the Health and Safety Executive (PDF) does, so I think in the UK at least you would be prevented from selling crap on CoinGig on that basis at least.  Somehow I feel like there may be existing case law on this subject in North America though. Grin I'm just not familiar with it.

I agree that it's obvious what they mean, and I wasn't suggesting that anyone should succeed in arguing a technicality like that.  I would use a catch-all like "human wastes, body parts, bodily secretions or bodily fluids".  Although I suppose that on that basis you really might get away with sending animal wastes, since those don't fall under any of the above categories.

Animal wastes might fall under "offensive material" if it smells badly enough from far enough away - I'm not really sure what the legal test is to determine whether a material is generally held to be offensive.

Anyway, I think the bottom line is: don't ship shit.  Whether a given contract forbids it explicitly enough and whether you can get away with it or not, it's gross, unnecessary and dumb.

Make your wooden bitcoins, IronCross!  You had a potential customer base for those.

If I've been able to help out, donations are always welcome.
