How to buy crypto at market price on Kraken

Hi all.

I've transferred some bitcoins to my Kraken account, and wish to spend all the bitcoins on Dash at market price. I'm using the Kraken website.

I can't find a way to tell Kraken to "take all my bitcoins, and buy as much Dash as you can". When I click on "market price", I'm required to enter the amount of Dash to buy, but I'm not give the option to enter the amount of Bitcoins to spend.

How are other's doing this? I've bought crypto on Kraken earlier, and IIRC there was a straight forward way to enter the amount of bitcoin to spend, instead of entering the amount of other currencies to buy.

I've tried to enter the amount of Dash to spend, keeping the calculated amount of bitcoin to spend below my current holdings, but it didn't work.

I think there is no way to do that with Kraken.

You have to use trading view ( on new order tab click "New Charting & Trading Tools"). Choose your pair and after clicking on your funds (the number) entire balance is used.

Thanks for the tip. Seems like I was able to buy some Dash yesterday after all (using the manual approach, trying to calculate the amount of Dash I could buy from my bitcoin holdings), even though I got what some error messages. But next til I'll use the new trading view (aka cryptowat.ch) - it looks great!

You're welcome. I don't know why I said trading view when it's cryptowatch  . Never mind.
FYI myself found it pretty buggy. Lot of times the ordes just does not get processed. Don't know if the issue is on my or the server side.

I believe you were spot on - inside Kraken it's labeled Trading view (or something similar), but since Kraken aquired cryptowat.ch a while back, that's the view their using.
