After sell token to ETH via Etherdelta. You need withdraw ETH from Etherdelta contract to ETH wallet ( Wallet in Etherdelta you hold the Private key). Import this private key to https://www.myetherwallet.com/ and sent to Bittrex or other exchange
Carefully check the address: https://www.myetherwallet.com/
Fake address may be lost all ETH and token!

If you are want to trade your ETH to BTC right after you have sold your alt coins at Etherdelta, go to major exchanges like Bittrex, Poloniex, or HitBTC and you can trade your ETH to BTC in any of those major exchanges.

if you have some eth in etherdelta you can transfer it to bittrex,
and if you trade in bittrex you can choose BTC or eth markets,,
if you trade in BTC markets the profit is in BTC and if you trade in eth markets of course the profit is in eth

When you are done with Etherdelta, it means you are holding your Ethereum, which means look for Ethereum in your Bittrex account and then clock the plus sign. That means deposit. You will see an address there. Please take note that it is only for Ethereum deposits. Send your Ethereum there. When completed, you may now use your Ethereum to proceed to buy Bitcoin, or other coins offered through Ethereum, Bitcoin or USDT.

Since you have ethereum from etherdelta, if you want to buy altcoins in bittrex then you can choose an ETH-Altcoin pair. Then after that if you want to sell, you can choose an Altcoin-BTC pair or still an Altcoin-ETH pair. So the answer to your question depends on what you choose.
