I went to reply to a thread about an airdrop to thank them, but the system (erroneously) kept claiming that my IP had posted something recently.  Nope.

Also, the post I typed up was saved as a "draft", which, as far as I can tell, is impossible to find later.

The limits on posting will decrease as you get more activity with time. It's possible that you're using the same IP as somebody else, maybe a VPN or Tor browser? The draft can be found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=drafts
